Ascent 110 brings together distinctive interiors, generous gathering spaces and direct, sweeping views of Windham Mountain. Set in Windham itself, this seven-bedroom estate offers approximately 5,500 square feet for family weekends, ski trips and occasions worth bringing everyone together. The experience is as much about time at the house as it is about the Catskills beyond it.

INTERIORS WITH CHARACTER

Curated artwork, distinctive wallpaper and a considered palette give the rooms their own individual character. The upstairs living room is a refined setting for conversation, films and relaxed evenings, while the basement game lounge offers a separate space for a livelier night. Both rooms have their own surround-sound zone, allowing different parts of the group to enjoy their own atmosphere.

SEVEN BEDROOMS, INDIVIDUALLY CONSIDERED

Each bedroom has its own character, with expressive wallpaper and coordinated furnishings. Across seven bedrooms, the house offers 12 beds, including a custom built-in quad-bunk room that gives younger guests a space of their own. TVs throughout the bedrooms add flexibility for winding down privately after a day together.

COOK, DINE & GATHER

The main kitchen features high-end appliances and room to prepare meals together, whether breakfast before the mountain or an evening spent cooking at home. The basement kitchenette and bar area create a second setting for drinks, snacks and conversation, with a TV and darts close at hand. Indoor gathering spaces and outdoor dining areas allow the day to move naturally from coffee to dinner to an evening by the fire.

A GAME LOUNGE MADE FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

The basement brings together a pool table, poker table, darts and a Polycade arcade with hundreds of games. With its own surround-sound zone, TV, kitchenette and bar area, this level can host an entire evening without interrupting a quieter one upstairs. It is a place for a pool tournament, a few hands of poker, a favorite film or a return to classic arcade games.

OUTDOOR LIVING, WITH THE MOUNTAIN IN VIEW

A 2,700-square-foot patio, deck and custom fire-pit area offer direct Windham Mountain views and sunset settings for dining and time together. Play pickleball, gather around oversized Jenga or Connect 4, or settle into the swing and enjoy the landscape. The outdoor spaces give the group room to spread out while keeping the mountain at the center of the experience.

In snowy conditions, sleds are available for downhill sledding. Outdoor activities depend on weather and suitable conditions; children should be supervised.
