    Derwentwater Bedroom: Super king size bed (6' - may be unlinked to form 3' twins), fitted wardrobe, dressing table. En suite Bathroom: Rainfall shower, basin, w/c. please note there is a step down into the bedroom.

    Family Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w/c.


    SECOND FLOOR:

    Ullswater Bedroom: Super king size bed (6' - may be unlinked to form 3' twins), wardrobe nook, chest of drawers, seating area with sofa and comfy seating (please note this area has a sloping ceiling) and Juliet balcony with panoramic views across Windermere. En-suite Bathroom: Rainfall shower, basin, w/c.


    LOWER GROUND FLOOR (ACCESSED VIA THE GARDEN):


    Gym, Steam Room and Sauna: Steam room and sauna, with handy changing room, w/c and shower room. Gym is fitted with a Peloton bike, water resistance rowing machine, exercise bench, weights and Smart TV. There is additional space next to the floor to ceiling mirrors for Pilates or yoga on the matting. (Yoga mats are not provided but may be sourced locally).


    Garden & Parking: Parking for six vehicles on the driveway, accessed up a private road and inside wooden electric gates. Enclosed lawned garden, patio, outdoor table and chairs to seat 12, undercover seating area with gas barbecue, external wood burner and 60” smart TV. sun loungers, views over Windermere.


    Sorry No Pets: Please note this property is not suitable for people with an allergy to dogs.

    Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent; Oil fired central heating, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and lower ground floors. Heated towel rails in all bathrooms and en-suites.

    Bedding and Linen: Bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided (please use the separate towels provided for the steam room, gym and sauna).
