There are hundreds of walks available from your front door and it is a great area for keen cyclists. Just over a mile away you will find Orrest Head, an outstanding viewpoint. It was the first ‘summit’ in Lakeland visited by A. Wainwright, author of the famous guidebooks.

The private balcony is accessed from the lounge on the second floor and offers stunning views across the fells and Lake Windermere – the perfect place for breakfast on a summer’s day or a glass of bubbly. There is a large private garage on the ground floor, this is ideal for parking up to two cars, storing bikes and sports equipment.
