1 Bed Room Casita-Suite with Private Entrance

This peaceful & centrally located house is within 10 minutes drive to wine country and the Promenade Temecula. This clean and cozy Casita is perfect for individuals, couples, friends, or a family of 3. This unit has it's own entrance for your privacy, and an outside eating area. There is a mini fridge, microwave, countertop oven, coffee maker and hot water kettle. The property is less than 70 miles from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, and Sea World!

Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults and a child.

This listing does not host any animals due to HEALTH Concerns. NO PET allowed, that includes but not limited to service animals and/or emotional support animals.

None Smoking rental.

Guest will have access to the backyard & pool/spa year round. (NO PARTIES ALLOWED, the backyard is a SHARED SPACE)
Open 10:00AM-10:00 PM (Please take note of these times)
Wednesday is the pool weekly cleaning, pool/spa might not be available until 5pm.

SPA:
There is no charge to heat the hot tub/Jacuzzi for 2 hours at a time/per day in Summer time.

(During Spring/Fall/Winter, no charge for the first hour. Heating is available at $20/hr after the first hour).

Please note that it takes 45 to 50 minutes for the spa to get to a decent temperature before getting in.

POOL:
Year round, Pool heating is available at $20/hr. This is our cost for the propane. Pool heats about 1 degree per hour, please let Elizabeth know 24 hours ahead of time if you want the pool heated because it cannot be heated immediately. If you want to know the pool temperature, please contact Elizabeth.
