„We were so impressed by this lake home. The property owner lives next door and met us at check-in. He was friendly and accommodating. The renovations included a bright kitchen with updated appliances, a modernized primary bathroom with spa shower, a gorgeous rock fireplace and much more. „The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, which is a rare thing. Beauty lake house, clean very new and priced right. Should we return to Winchester this will be the place we stay. Seven minutes from the downtown area, only ten minutes from Walmart. Next place exceeded our expectations.“

„Such an amazing property the photos don’t even do it justice. The house was impeccably clean. So close to the lake with our own private dock. We enjoyed hiking at Tims Ford State Park, gorgeous trailheads behind the nature center, only a 20 minute drive away. We also kayaked, canoed, and swam in the pool and hot tub. The back porch is huge. We will definitely be back!“
