The home is on five acres with a playground and trampoline, that kids are welcome to enjoy. As well as a treehouse nestled near the woods on the back end of the property. The treehouse is very rustic and children must be supervised. Please use at your own risk and with caution.

The space is centrally located in hill country; 15-20 minutes from downtown Wimberley, Drippings Springs, and Blanco. Canyon Lake, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Gruene, San Antonio, Austin and Fredericksburg are at or under an hour away. There is amazing biking and hiking in nature surrounding you. The area provides wonderful swim holes including Blue Hole, Jacobs Well, Cypress Falls and Hamilton Pool Reserve to name a few.
