Simple and quaint efficiency studio with private entrance located upstairs with your own entrance of owner's main home. Your lodging is within just a couple miles from the Wimberley Squares and shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails are within minutes of the beautiful village of Wimberley Texas. You can also enjoy swimming holes nearby and the Wedding Capital of Texas (Dripping Springs) is just 17 miles away.

PARKING: Park long ways on the LEFT SIDE of the 2 story grey building right past the gated side porch. The gated side porch is where you will enter to go up to your lodging.

NOISE: Quiet time is 10pm-7am. NO events or parties allowed.

QUICK NOTE: We share the parking lot with the neighboring business and they have a delivery truck that comes M-F anytime between 9:15pm-11:30pm to drop off inventory for Napa Auto parts. They are quick in and out in about 10-12 minutes.

EXTRAS: Homeowners live on the premises in the front part of the building and stepdad lives in the lower apt in the back. You will pass his door and may hear a quick little bark come from his little dog.
