Finde Wilpattu National Park Hotels

„If you want something really special in the doorstep of Wilpattu National Park, this is your answer. Our deluxe tree house suite was literally in the trees ( warning about monkeys visiting your balcony). Sampath was amazing in offering, preparing and presenting wonderful meals. What a treasure he is. Shehan was so helpful, with luggage and anything else that we wanted. Nelson was always there to greet and say goodbye. If you are afraid of bugs and lizards, don't stay in the treehouse rooms. But, ...

„The Camping area is really nice. the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Dinner in the camp is great too.“

„The staff were really friendly, amazing food and really gorgeous place. They took us on a wildlife tour where we saw otters and loris all on their grounds! There is not much in the local area so you need to keep this in mind if planning to visit a shop or restaurant during your stay, it’s not really possible “

„Just came back from our 7 day stay at de Silva Palm Resort. It‘s a very nice resort with lots of open space and big palms trees. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our family suite even had a fridge and kettle. The pool is spacious, our kids loved it. Whenever we showed up we were handed fresh beach towels, Overall the service was great: Naveen the restaurant manager is there for you with tipps and advice (even in really good German), the barkeeper is very friendly and so is the kiting staff. ...

„Very generous space, and lovely staff. Place is a bit more dated than the photos show but still lovely to stay in.“

„I just stayed one night but was super well and kindly looked after by Christopher and the team. The area is a little more remote than I realised so worth planning ahead for that, but it's really peaceful and full of wildlife – 100% worth venturing out for! The villas are really nicely done up, modern and super comfortable. Definitely recommend as an excellent nature base.“

„Quality hotel with spacious and well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely pool but it opened too late for us to be able to use it. We organised a day safari via the hotel, it’s a handy 15 minute drive to the park entrance. Good food in the restaurant, friendly and polite service from all the hotel team.“

„Best Hotel in Sri Lanka“

„Lovely Staff. Great place“

„The staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome during our two nights at Kay Jay wild. There is an entrance to wilpattu national park only 5 minutes drive away. The area where Kay jay wild is is just so beautiful“

„Beautiful, quiet place with lovely views of the lagoon. Not too easy to reach. Comfy cabanas with porch. Perfect service and the best food we had during our whole holiday! Highly recommended!“

„Nice owners. A bit pricey for what you get, but that's the area. An okay, safe hotel to see Kalpitiya.“

„We had an amazing stay here, it really does add to the whole safari experience as you feel completely out in the middle of the jungle. One night at dinner we even heard the warning call of deer nearby that the staff told us meant a leopard was near too, truly a once in a lifetime dining experience. With this being more of a glamping like experience you do need to be prepared to have some bugs in the room. The bathrooms are also a little bit rough and ready with some signs of wear but again ...
