Genießen Sie die Brise, während Sie sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer auf einem der beiden Decks beobachten, die in dieser kürzlich renovierten Eigentumswohnung im ersten Stock angeboten werden. Es gibt viel natürliches Licht und einen wunderschönen Meerblick von jedem Zimmer und Deck. Dies ist eine 1 Schlafzimmer 1,5 Bad Einheit.

Unsere Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Es gibt ein französisches Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche erfüllt alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse und umfasst einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle sowie eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner neben dem Schlafzimmer für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenso bereitgestellt wie Kabel-TV und WIFI. Vor-Ort-Parkplätze für ein Fahrzeug sind vorhanden, und für den Fischer gibt es Parkplätze für Boote und Anhänger.

Entspannen Sie am Strand oder am Pool, nur wenige Schritte von der Tür der Wohnung entfernt. Machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Freeman Park Drive am Strand und zum Angelpier (in dem sich ein Angelgeschäft, ein Restaurant und eine Taverne mit Blick auf den Ozean befinden). Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Promenade von Carolina Beach entfernt, wo Sie einzigartige Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Partyboote, Strandverleih, Angelcharter und einen Vergnügungspark (während der Saison) finden. Die Straße runter ist der Carolina Beach See und Park, Paddelboote, Kure Beach und KB Pier, auch das Aquarium in Fort Fisher und das Geschichtsmuseum. Die Fähre nach Southport, einer malerischen Stadt, ist eine großartige Erfahrung!

"Bright End Unit" Perfect!!

The owner's "About this Property" description was right on! All the amenities promised were in place, along with plenty of natural light and ocean views. At the end of our seven night stay, we wanted to stay seven more!!! This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and hopefully not our last! Beautiful laid back beach town.

Carolina Beach - Anniversary getaway.

Very cute and cozy unit, perfect for our stay, we loved the balcony with the beach view. The condo was well stocked and clean. The only 2 drawbacks was that the bed was too hard and uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well and we were not told that the beach access was closed and that there actually was no beach left there.

Great Short Vacation

This property was great for our family. Went for a shirt trip and it had everything we needed. The public beach access across the street had been closed due to erosion while we were there but the next one down the street was a short walk. My 3 and 7 had no issues with the walk . We would definitely stay again!

Awesome get away

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was relaxing and super easy to get to. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck either in the front or the back. Enjoyed access to the pool and the short walk to the beach. I would totally do this again. And the hosts were really helpful and nice. Thank you!

We misread that this was on the beach. It is across the street and has 2 views from the roadside covered balcony off the bedroom: one shows the sunrise in July, another a points little south to better show wave conditions. Beach access is a few doors down, then find your spot there or walk further south. Some space is lost at high tide, but there was enough room on a holiday weekend. NOTE: before you bring a radio, consider why others did not bring one or if they even like what you want to listen to. There is a covered balcony at the front door that overlooks the pool entrance. Depending on the sun and heat, we used either balcony. There is a small closet off the poolside balcony with some beach chairs, toys, bent boogie boards. Since unit #1 is on the end, you get 2 extra windows on the side, so we could avoid AC for some days and nights. Overall, clean and well equipped, but we forgot again to bring a water filter. Publix is not far (2.5 gall for $3) and I found heating the tap water in the microwave and letting it stand uncovered overnight helped. Appliances were all clean, but we only used the micro, fridge, a little TV. It also has a glass top oven, dishwasher, blender, keurig, coffeemaker or 2, maybe a toaster. Looked like there was a pullout love seat and couch, but we did not test either. About 2 blocks to the fishing pier and 1.5 miles to the boardwalk and town center. So easy to find your entertainment, then retreat back and listen to the waves or float in the pool.

PERFECT!

The condo was EXACTLY as described, well appointed, very clean, cute, and comfortable. The ocean views, the breeze, the pool—- 2 decks, everything was so perfect for us. Place is cute but…

To be clear, the place had one drawback: sulfur smelling water. Seems it was from the hot water tank. All other aspects of the rooms were fine. Clean, equipped, and comfortable. The other issue with the location was there was only one fun location in walking distance. The condo is a 2 blocks from the beach, not across the street. Parking was charged for everywhere! Watched tickets written for entertainment. Spent $100 on parking. It was our first time at Carolina Beach so the bad is on us. We didn’t research enough. We have only the one negative about the room. If you’re fine with walking long distances and going to the same bar, with no entertainment, you’ll like the place.

Girls Trip

This place was very clean and looked freshly painted. Everything we needed was included. Just disappointed that the Beach Access is closed across the street and is piled high with boulder's. We had to drive down the road to go to the beach and pay to park. So I dropped my friend off second day at the Beach and went back to condo and parked and I walked to the Beach. My friend has a bad back so we booked thinking just short walk across street to Beach. So was disappointed that we couldn't. But we absolutely loved this place besides that one hiccup. The owners always replied to my questions fast. We definitely had a wonderful time. The pool area we enjoyed also when we got back from the Beach very clean and there was never anyone in the pool area besides us. We loved a front balcony and a back porch and loved all the windows in the unit for light! Wonderful place to stay.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. It had all the amenities one would need just like home. The covered parking was really nice as it was raining on our day of departure. Communication with the owner was very quick and professional. They even had beach toys to borrow. Would stay again.
