„Tricky getting in as room code was wrong but very helpful lady on the phone sorted it. Great there is parking and brilliant location. At night I was woken up by a clattering of crockery and we could also hear people talking which seemed to be coming out of bathroom vent which was odd. Amazing air conditioning unit and room space etc was ideal for a couple of nights.“

Didn't get to see inside the hall itself, as another event on as New Years Eve. Bar in the main hotel a little quiet at midnight, but that wasn't the hotels fault, just the guests if they had gone to bed!- as there was a DJ. Drinks at a price to be expected in a hotel. „Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Moderne helle Küche. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas unten. Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder.“

„The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. „We arrived after a long journey by car at 5 pm. Derrick and Zary were really friendly and obliging. We just stayed one nicht and had a really deliciuos breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and homemade jams. And we were really pleased talking to our hosts about maths, education and many more interesting topics. It was a delightful stay and a warm welcome to the UK.“

We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature.
