„Upon check in we discovered the hot tub was broken and we were not notified. It was one of the main reasons why I booked here. Then the ac didn’t work. It’s one mini split unit and it works with both cabins so it only works if both cabins have it set to the same temperature. They offered a third party service to shop and have stuff delivered to your room and put away prior to your arrival.
