Everything was perfect—from the rustic decor, to the charming ambience, and the impeccably delicious chocolate chip cookies, compliments of the owner’s bakery. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making this a wonderful stay. No detail was overlooked.“

„The Riverside Retreat is so comfortable, accommodating, and beautiful. It was completely refurbished inside, and everything was beautiful, easy to use, clean, and comfortable. The screened porch was the best, and we enjoyed quality time sitting by the river (which was running at the time) in a peaceful, refreshing setting. Our only (slight) challenge was finding the location in the dark.“

„This property was great - we visited Fredericksburg and climbed Enchanted Rock. We had to pick the key up in town, but the instructions were spot on. The property is isolated but close to town. Plenty of space for the two of us. The decor is very unique and locking the front door is a little tricky. Would definitely stay here again. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We were looking for a secluded place so we could look up at the stars at night. This was wonderful. The wildlife was a bonus. The cats are very friendly and loved to be pet. The cabin is well stoked with items you would need for a short getaway. I have attached one of the many pics I took of the Milky Way.“
