„The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.“

Did have difficulty opening the door for the loft, you have to pull out on the door with the last number, then it will unlock. „This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. “

The beds are so comfy and felt amazing after a long day out in Fredericksburg. I would not recommend walking into downtown from here because even though it is close, there is not a sidewalk.
