„I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony ...
