„We stayed for one night at this lovely house and we enjoyed it very much. Perfectly clean, many thoughtful and sweet details throughout, comfortable beds, quiet & private. Huge deck in the back. Easy drive up to Bennington or down to Williamstown, lots of options for fun things to do. It's easy to imagine having a longer stay here. (We didn't need it for our short stay but there's a laundry room.) Kind, responsive host. We highly recommend this home.“

„Emily was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was super cute, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus an awesome espresso machine. The teens in the group liked the games the house had. The location was excellent - very close to MassMOCA and everything else. We would definitely go back. “

„We had a great family getaway here! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub were perfect. What a beautiful location - quiet, peaceful and a fun space for kids to explore. We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! Extremely quick responses from the host as well! Thanks for a good time, we are already thinking about coming back in the summer.“

„Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. „The location was excellent, within walking distance of ski trail. Wonderful view of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The fireplace was perfect for the end of the day. Our large family had plenty of space to have fun together or chill alone. We had concerns about the cleanliness and working conditions of some electronics. Our concerns were communicated with the owner, and the response was positive. I am sure with corrections this Comfortable Berkshire Retreat will be a 5 star stay. “
