„Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. “

„The condo was even more beautiful and accessible than I thought it would be by the pictures. While the owner of the properties (Grand Traverse Resort) no longer allows use of fireplaces, and that was a big reason I chose this spot, folks at True North were responsive in hearing my disappointment. Everything was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great location. Easy to get to wineries, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely rent from this company and at this location again.“
