„The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. There needs to be more than one tv in the house and needs to have basics like a hairdryer & pam spray with some basic spices. The back bedroom’s bed is hard as a rock. „We spent two nights at the Sunshine Cottage and it was accurately described. It’s a nicely renovated historic cottage that fit our purposes for visiting our daughter. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with a coffee station, the bathroom clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The floors are a bit uneven in spots, to be expected with an old house, but we adjusted to that. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the TV.“
