Very nice property with many amenities. Beautiful suite with kitchen and in-room laundry. Property mgr very welcoming and helpful. It is a time share resort but there is no pressure to purchase. Close to colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown.

Missed opportunity

The initial check in the key did not work had to go back to get new key. Next night when returning after a long day the key didn’t work again and had to go back to another building to get another key. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Fine and fairly reasonable...

also clean, convenient, comfortable. As already mentioned, expect a timeshare sell...Although we didn't use them, there are a multitude of amenities for folks of all ages. The location was great for getting around Williamsburg and beyond.

Quiet, clean, and nice. Easy parking. Convenient, but not terribly close to places. They offered us to listen to sales pitch, but weren’t pushy when I said no. Since we are “guests” of the shareholder. I would stay here again.

Good for families with kids

Nice amenities, especially if you have kids. They really want you to attend the presentation for the vacation club. We declined. Our unit was the 1 bedroom/1bath. Bedroom was large enough but the living area was tight. No way would you want more than two people in there. Neighboring unit were early risers. It was LOUD at 6 to 6:30 a.m. Every. Single. Morning.

Perfect family resort

This place was wonderful! The unit we were in was very clean and had everything we needed. I see that the online pictures were outdated. The unit was updated and very nice! The amenities were great as well! All well kept!

Great place to stay in Williamsburg

This is our second time staying at this resort. It’s convenient to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg attractions, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is great for groups too. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We were able to get a peek at one of the renovated units which was beautiful.

This is a time share

I didn’t realize when I made reservations that this was a time share property or I would have booked else where. Be prepared to be pressured to attend a presentation. We stayed in a one bedroom unit, which was fine for our needs. The interior decor left a lot to be desired. The lighting in the living room and bedroom was very poor, I felt like I was in a cave. The bathroom lighting was great. If you just need a place to sleep and can say no to the sales pitch this place is adequate.

Very Disappointed

First let me say the property was beautiful and very clean. However, the timeshare sales tactic that I never signed up for with my Vrbo reservation was despicable. These people lured me in with free gifts to obtain my key to get in and then acted as though I was committing to purchasing something before the 90 tour even began. After I gave their 'free' gifts back to them and didn't do the tour, they called me to accuse me of being married and lying about being single. Basically, harassing me by saying that my home address was showing that I was married and filed my taxes as married. I thought they were trying to invalidate my stay for the week and I would have to find somewhere else to stay.My advice is to not get engaged with them and their shiesty behavior. I'm not staying again and I would not recommend anyone stay with them.

The property worked for our purpose and was central to everything. Maintenance came in while we were out to cut a hole in the wall and left drywall dust all over the bathroom and my bags. I did try calling the property office six times without a return call. Or answer.

Quick getaway

Upon arrival I always sanitize before I bring my things inside, and in bedroom tub above the faucet was blood. But other than that it was clean. Also, I feel that they could have more lively pitch hanging something more welcoming than what they have in the bathroom. However I’m not sure the size of the two bedrooms because the one bedroom is very tight. Therefore, it seems a little cluttered.

Love the Property but the timeshare mess

The property was just as expected — clean, comfortable, and true to the reviews. There was no elevator for luggage, but since we were only on the second floor, it wasn’t a big issue. If I were older or had heavier bags, it might have been a different story.Now, let’s talk about the unsolicited timeshare presentation — something I never signed up for when booking through Vrbo. It wasn’t mentioned in my reservation, and once there, “no” didn’t seem to be an acceptable answer. I was offered free tickets to Colonial Williamsburg, but when I arrived, the conversation quickly shifted to “your purchase” and “closing” — terms that made it clear this wasn’t just an informational session.One of the salespeople was particularly rude and dismissive when I made it clear I wasn’t interested in buying. I ended up telling him to keep the gifts and that we’d be leaving. Ray, the salesperson, didn’t take that well. He threatened to void our tickets — which was fine by me at that point.For context, I already own a timeshare, and dealing with Rays with his 15 suit and a 5 attitude just wasn't happening for me.Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the aggressive sales tactics left a bad taste. I’ll think twice before booking here again.
