"**Review of Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn** We have been frequent guests at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn since 2016. Initially, the service, housekeeping, and overall experience were excellent. However, to our disappointment, the quality has significantly declined over the years. One glaring issue is the apparent lack of communication among the staff. For instance, upon our arrival, we requested housekeeping every other day. This arrangement worked the first time but was not honored subsequently. As a result, we found ourselves without enough towels one evening when we returned to the hotel late. When we asked for more towels, the staff responded rather rudely, informing us that we should have requested housekeeping. We clarified that we had already made this request, which had evidently been overlooked by the hotel. Overall, the service has been quite unfriendly at times, leaving us feeling unwelcome. It is disappointing to see such a decline in the standards we once appreciated."
