Getting Around:

One of the biggest advantages of staying at Gomezplein is that you can explore much of Willemstad on foot. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find supermarkets, local shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, a diving school, a small city beach, and the vibrant neighborhoods of Pietermaai, Scharloo, and Otrobanda. Many of Curaçao's most famous landmarks, museums, and waterfront terraces are also within easy walking distance.



If you'd like to discover more of the island, renting a car is highly recommended. Curaçao is home to dozens of stunning beaches, scenic viewpoints, and hidden gems that are best explored by car. Our local team is happy to assist with arranging a rental vehicle, airport transfers, or other transportation during your stay.



For guests with a rental car, several public parking areas are available within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Street parking is also available, subject to availability, and is paid during business hours (approximately USD 1 per hour). Outside these hours, street parking is generally free.
