„We went here after talking to the host about needing a place where there would be no fireworks for our very scared dog. He said he would discuss it with the only people that were within a mile of the property and ask them to not do fireworks. They did fireworks and they were only 50 yards from us!! The people at the house close by tried to make us feel bad earlier in the day because we didn’t want their 2 dogs at our place. „I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The biggest surprise was that there aren't actually any natural hot springs you can visit or soak in. The resort uses pumped in hot spring water, but it had a noticeable chlorine /chemical smell, so it didn't feel like the natural hot springs experience I was expecting. The resort reopened recently after being closed for several years, but honestly it doesn't seem like much has been ...

„We weren't aware the pool on Sundays close at 9pm. Them Monday the outside hot tub was closed. Our coffee mugs had red lipstick on them. We asked for extra bedding and never received. The hotel and the ambiance is gorgeous, hand down a must stay but they need to make sure the rooms are cleaned to standard. Just know parking isn't free but there's no other place to park. Parking $15“

„Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. “

„Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left“
