„This is a very well appointed basement apartment and was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Communication with the manager was excellent. Place was spotless and there were no noise issues from upstairs neighbor. Laundry access and machines were great. The weather was nice and I spent a good amount of time each day enjoying the private outdoor space.“

The "coffee bar" kitchenette was accurately described and posed few problems, since the event we were there for covered most of our meals. Convenient location in the southern part of Portland. The upstairs room staircase is steep but it's huge and with a cute giraffe theme, and it has its own window a/c. Would definitely visit again.“
