„As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. ...

„Came to visit Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Cloudland Canyon, and Little River Canyon National Preserve. House was so lovely and had everything we needed. Great views and even caught a few sunsets from the top deck, on the clouds above mountains.“

„This property is AMAZING!! Put aside the gorgeous views, the exceptional interior, and the awesome hot tub. Let's talk about perfection! The cabin is tranquil, quiet, and hidden away. The quiet little town is right down the road for anything you may need. And the staff and their responses to my petty questions were outstanding. There is NOTHING you will regret by staying here, except not being able to stay longer. “

„Our stay was excellent. The cabin feels remote, but is 15-20 minutes from towns in rach direction and 30 minutes from Chattanooga. The only issue I found was theslope of the driveway was daunting and required some 4x4 action since I drive a manual transmission Jeep. Automatic probably would have been fine.“

„Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mighty Sycamore. The owners or management company thought of everything and stocked the kitchen with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, dish soap, paper towels and more. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap. This is especially important as it is about a 20 minute drive to the Dollar General and to other hot spots. „My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.“

„My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. „We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! „The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties.“

"Die Dame an der Rezeption bei Check in war sehr unfreundlich und hatte nicht wirklich Lust. Als unsere Zimmer Karte nicht funktionierte, konnte man ihr ansehen das sie überhaupt keinen Antrieb hatte uns zu helfen. Sie hat uns dann nach einer Weile ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Wir haben immer freundlich gegrüßt oder uns bedankt, leider kam weder Blickkontakt noch Freundlichkeit oder eine Antwort zurück, die e Zimmer sind etwas älter und es wurde nur gestrichen. Ein Duschgel wär schön gewesen im Badezimmer vorzufinden. Wie diese vielen Top Bewertungen zustande kamen, keine Ahnung…von mir jedenfalls nicht. "

"Eines vorweg,dieses Hotel hat nichts mit einem Doppeltree-Standart zu tun!!! Es sind Seifenspender von der Wand gebrochen im Zimmer. Haben es einer Mitarbeiterin umgehend gesagt und den Spender übergeben,es kam lediglich ein sorry. Zumal die Angestellte lt. Schild sich gerade um Gäste kümmern würde...Wir Sie aber an der Bar beim "Umtrunk" gesehen haben. Desweitern wurde das Duschwasser erst nach ca. 5Min warm!!! Beim Einchecken, war ein Herr(Angestellter) an der Info ohne Namesschild in Sportkleidung,ordinär Kaugummi kauend. Keine Begrüssung etc. Kommunikation auf MindestNiveau... "
