„Sehr sauberes Zimmer.

„Do not book here. You will be disappointed! Amenities do not work. Had to use pliers to get the stovetop to work. No cable for two days. No hot water for two days. Washers in the laundry do not work. We had to go off site to wash clothes. Incorrectly charged for pets. Site says $85 per dog per week. It’s $200 per dog per week. Suspicious charges & rate changes on our card.“

„Cleanliness was not up to expectations. The bathroom was ok but after housekeeping came in the second day, the carpet still had the same dirt on and the window sill sported a thick layer of dust. This hotel is pet-friendly, floor 2 absolutely reeked of ‚wet dog‘. We were on the 4th floor, I just noticed the smell on the 2nd when I used the guest laundry. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also when the guest washer broke down. Breakfast was very good, lots of warm and cold items to choose ...

„DON’T STAY HERE. It feels like being trapped in the Backrooms movie. Everything was falling apart, the worst thing, we get to our room and a dude was inside. He left saying he got the wrong room. We got out immediately, asked for a refund and drove 40’ to another place. It looks like anybody can enter your room, no security, when checking in they didn’t even check my ID. Worst place I’ve ever set foot on.“

„El peor lugar para quedarse.“

„This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. Upon entering this room, I was greeted by the sight of dead roaches on the floor, accompanied by a pungent smell. The furniture appeared to be in a state of disarray. I immediately called the front desk, and they apologized for the situation. They informed me that they didn’t have any rooms available and would ...

„The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are fabulous. Completely worth the price. Will definitely stay here in the future“

„Still a new property, rooms spacious, bathroom nice“

„Very clean rooms and a quiet hotel.“

„Saubere Zimmer, ungepflegter Eingangs- und Restaurantbereich (uralte Plastikgestecke, schmutzige Läufer, Gänge schmutzig),sehr unmotiviertes Personal (Bar und Restaurant), winziger nach Chlor stinkender Pool.“

„Extremely slow check in. The bathtub had no cover on the tub overflow (disgusting!), no sink stopper, no cover for the vent on the ceiling and it was full of dust, stain on the comforter, dirty walls and floor edges. We will not stay here again.“
