„The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!“

In der Bar The ...

„Grosses Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Super Lage für diverse Ski Areas.“

„This facility is absolutely the best! This will be our third year in a row and it is even better now than when we started coming here. The food is great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff add so much to the experience with all their attention to detail. “

Nettes Personal. Leider fehlende Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer. Positiv ist die dazugehörige Tiefgarage. Rezeption zu eher nur ungünstigen besetzt. “

„Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta“

„Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend“

„Great place to stay. Central to all the lifts. Dining within 3-5 minute walk.“

„The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.“

„Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage.

„Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities.“
