„Basic clean accommodation. Excellent host a genuinely friendly good man, nothing was too much trouble. Full English breakfast was included and was spot on. Very hard to fault for the price. Parking is remote from the property and is in a private car park. It looks a bit shady but 2 motor bikes were there overnight without issue.“

„The breakfast was really YUMMY. I had the avocado toast ( amazing) and my husband had the English breakfast( he said it was the best!!). Staff really nice and helpful. 5/5 star Room was beautifully decorated and bathroom was huge and beautiful too. Perfect location to walk village and also hike!!“

„This is a nice property in the Ambleside town centre and close to all shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious and provide tea and coffee. Staff were polite and helpful. There is also dedicated parking on site ( tight spaces). The hotel is about 10-15min walk to the marina and close to waterfalls and Rydal caves.
