„The location was as described. Across the street from a large grocery store and on a major route out of and into the city. But the house itself was older, dark and could benefit from a deep extensive cleaning.“

„We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside. We were delighted to find it clean, comfortable and well located with just steps to the local Tesco, shops and restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped, so was the bathroom, and there was good storage.
