„I walked around the property one morning and saw mature and diverse Trees (in various stages of growth and some even with fruit), Grapes growing on a fence, Hens, and more. The house is spacious with beautiful artwork and decor.I was also able to have a tour of the current farming operations, and learn some of its history too!I do plan to return.“

„We stayed 4 nights, clean and quiet! Host was amazing at replying…..really we didn’t try to bother her much. We were confused about parking but it’s just in front of this rental instead of on the side. We went exploring mostly, but coming back to a comfy house was great instead of a hotel. Thank you! Definitely recommend! “

„If your looking for a place to relax and unwind from the daily hustle, this is it! Grab some groceries and never leave the property or take the short drive to Metropolis or Paducah. You can do as little or as much as you want. Would recommend to anyone! Everything in the description is exact! Cant wait to book our next stay!“

„This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. We were visiting for a funeral and booked our stay last-minute and appreciated the ability for that. The host is very quick to respond. We did have an issue ...

„We had a great time in Paducah in this lovely condo. Especially enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen and being able to spread out in the living room. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a little challenging but we loved our stay.“

„I was incredibly thrilled to arrive at such a true getaway space! While I’m on a national tour for show we don’t often have the opportunities to stay in places that feel like home. This place felt like my home and then some! I felt the love and dedication that was put into the unit in every way. „I expected the house to look "dated" but was instead impressed by its charm. I discovered more charming decor daily. With several questions, Sandy responded immediately. I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again if I revisit Paducah. The dogs stayed home but would have loved the fenced yard! Just check that the back gate has been latched first. Beautiful! Clean! Close to everything including downtown and winery. Thanks!“
