„Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. “

„The unit was a good size for the 5 adults and one baby and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great and it's across the road from the beach. The pool is very close too and has a shade sail which was perfect for a sunny day. The walks are within a short distance too. The only minor downfall with this many people is having the make 2 trips if we needed to go by buggy (which was gratefully provided). “

„If you’re wanting to find a great value for money apartment for 4 people then this the one. The standard of the property is great, the view is heavenly and with a courtesy buggy included, getting around is easy. Our first time to Hamilton Island and it won’t be our last and will definitely be staying at the same property.“

I qas expecting a newer property the kitchen qas shocking fry pan burnt to a crisp and the kitchen was overall dirty a broken stove skirting was out of place and the coaches need steam cleaning the housr smelt sd soon as 8 walk in the bathroom has mould snd dort on grout midsing i could good on but the place was not clean st all“

„We stayed at this alert ent before ,however it is starting to look tied Although the kitchen has everything The knives are not great and cutlery aged As is the worn worktop and old toaster . The tv and air con are great but the leather sofa has no support in the seating and feels like your falling through it . Not sure we would book this apartment again unless it’s revamped . The rental managers were great and supplied extra towels and shampoo .“

„Lovely room. Very clean. Beautiful views. Everything required to make your stay comfortable. The only thing is that the swimming pool needs to be renovated because you it does not look like you should swim in it! I chose the lodge because it also had a pool...I assume the pool was included in the price of the room. Otherwise, I was very comfortable here. Very convenient that the buggy is included with the room too. The staff were very responsive to phone calls and emails. And very nice too! ...

„Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again.“

„Lovely place to stay. Pick up was perfect and very easy and comms with Vikcy and the team were great.Location and golf buggy were a huge plus.The property itself was lovely and great for a family of four, but a little tired in some places. Also the walls are very thin, we had some very noisy neighbours and could hear every footstep. Having access to The Edge pool was great, however it did get very crowded.“

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Reef View Hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very pleasant. The welcome at reception was excellent and the hotel and surrounding area were very well explained to us. The rooms are very large and we had a great sea view from the 10th floor. A small negative aspect is that the rooms are a bit dated and you can see this in one or two places. A renovation is necessary from our point of view. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. The choice of excursions is also very varied, but sometimes also very expensive. A big plus point is the free rental of non-motorized water sports. All in all, we liked the Reef View Hotel very much and would definitely come back again. "
