„Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom.  ...

The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well.
