„Schöne Unterkunft, strandnähe, gute Busanbindung nach Perth“

„Das Indian Ocean Hotel ist schon etwas älter, jedoch ordentlich in Schuss gehalten. Die technische Ausstattung funktioniert, es ist alles sauber, die Klimaanlage leise. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut - zu Fuss zum Strand ca. 5 -10 Min.Eine Reihe von Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig in der Nähe. Ganz nebenbei ist die ans Hotel angegliederte Indi-Bar echt eine Empfehlung, Essen & Stimmung sind dort echt gut.“

„Stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth.“

„Das Gebäude ist ein alter, rechteckiger Kasten direkt an der Stadtautobahn ohne Charme, das Apartment ist zweckmäßig. Bei geschlossener Glaszwischentür zum verglasten Balkon ist kein Lärm zu hören. TV, eingerichtete saubere Küche m. Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und frisches Spülzeug vorhanden. Bad m. Dusche sauber.“

„Biggest plus was the location. The room (deluxe apartment) was ok, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good seating area and well equipped kitchen. Excellent staff. Downsides: Chairs/Table on balcony were not usable at all, I really dont understand how you can leave those items in the room, no chairs would be better than those. Dishwasher not working properly. Balcony not closing properly due to some damages at the the doors sealing, as the hotel is on a busy road that was not nice, if there is wind it ...

„I had booked a standard double room and while it wasn't an unpleasant stay, I would expect more of a 4½ star hotel. The bathroom seemed to be quite old, especially the shower had lots of limescale. There was no free water supplied, the advertised minibar was empty (except for a pack of milk), the curtains were hard to close completely because they were malformed and while there is a note in the room explaining how to be friendly to the environment, room cleaning service seemed to disregard ...

„Nice room with well equipped kitchen. Wasn't a problem to stay there for 5 nights with our 6-year old son. Close to CBD and easy to reach by free CAT bus.“
