Recently refurbished luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with expansive vistas and stunning sunsets. The Villa under new ownership has recently undergone extensive renovation which includes upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

At ‘Ocean Breeze’ guests arrive through the entrance into the large open plan Living Room, Dining and Entertainment area with a view of the infinity pool giving way to the Caribbean Sea beyond.

The accommodation is spread over 5 generous bedroom with 4 full bathrooms on 3 levels with the Villa comfortably sleeping 10 persons. One of the rooms is a Studio with own kitchen located on the 3 level. Extending from the large wraparound terrace is the infinity pool and gazebo which is ideal for morning coffee or dining. The Gazebo with its slatted sides allows the gentle breeze to keep guests cool while they unwind and soak up the ever changing views.

The views from this property are breathtaking and reaching as far as the eye can see in both directions. The sunsets from the veranda are stunning and worth your stay there to enjoy each evening.

A car rental is recommended for guest.

Airport transportation can be arranged but must be paid for directly to the driver.

Bath and pool towels are provided. There is an outdoor shower to use prior to entering and after using the pool.

The property manager can arrange exclusive private events including a private chef to cater for meals during your vacation, weddings, birthday party’s. These events are all catered for separately for an additional fee and will need to be booked with the Manager prior to your stay

Smoking is not permitted inside the residence but confined to the outside patio and Gazebo. Ashtrays are provided.

Children are welcome on the property but must be supervised at all times, especially in the infinity pool, which can be very slippery and dangerous for all.

The management will not be responsible for any slips fall or accidents.

The pool has no lifeguard and is to be used at your own risk at all times.

All remote controls for television, fans and air conditioning units should be left on wall holders in each room.

The property is located near a quiet local fishing village. There is access to a small residential beach that is about a 10 minute walk. Other beaches found in the area is Bluefields beach 10 minute by car.
Also the prestigious Sandals Beach Resorts just 8 mins away.
