The Apartment

Quayside offers contemporary interiors, comfortable furnishings and a welcoming space to relax, whether you're visiting for a few nights or several weeks.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, relaxing mood lighting and storage for clothes and personal belongings.

It also benefits from its own private en-suite shower room, providing additional comfort and privacy.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and storage space, making the apartment particularly suitable for couples, families or friends sharing.

Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests.

Two Bathrooms

One of Quayside's standout features is having two bathrooms, making it particularly convenient for couples, families or colleagues sharing the apartment.

The main bedroom has a private en-suite shower room, while the separate family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower.

Having two bathrooms makes getting ready in the morning easier and provides added convenience throughout your stay.

Large windows fill the open-plan kitchen and living area with natural light, creating a bright and comfortable space to relax.

Comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV provide everything you need for a relaxing evening after a day exploring.

Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming accounts during their stay.

One allocated private parking space beneath the apartment building is included free of charge with your stay.

Guests should use only the space allocated to the apartment, with full parking instructions provided before arrival.

The building also benefits from communal lift access, making it convenient to reach the apartment with luggage.

Guest Access

You'll have exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout your stay, including both bedrooms, the en-suite shower room, family bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living area, and private balcony.

The apartment is accessed through a secure communal entrance using an entry code. Keys are collected from a lockbox, allowing you to check in independently.

Full access and parking instructions will be provided before arrival.

Quayside Apartment enjoys a convenient location beside Whitehaven's historic harbour and marina, with the waterfront, town centre, shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs all within easy walking distance.

Explore the harbour, enjoy the town's coastal setting or visit local attractions including The Beacon Museum and The Rum Story.

For a day by the sea, the nearby village of St Bees offers a beautiful beach, dramatic sandstone cliffs and scenic coastal walks overlooking the Irish Sea.

The western Lake District is within reach by car, with Ennerdale Water, Loweswater, Crummock Water and Buttermere offering excellent opportunities for walking, sightseeing and enjoying the countryside.

Families can also enjoy day trips to Muncaster Castle or the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, while Keswick and the wider Lake District offer even more to discover.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
