The Space:
WE LOVE COMFY!! So we splurged on the necessities like top of the line mattresses, linens and pillows to ensure you'll sleep like a bear. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a super cozy BeautyRest mattress. The ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub (be mindful of the handle as one side fills the other shower), shower and double vanities. A walk in closet and a large smart TV make it hard to leave. The middle bedroom has a comfy queen bed and built in desk area with large closet. It's the perfect little bear den to hibernate away. The game room (yes we have plenty of games) also doubles as a 3rd bedroom with a daybed that includes a trundle that pulls out for a 4th bed. Nightstands on either side and cabinet along with a small closet outside the door provide clothing storage. Plus a game table that can double for an additional desk if you are working remote.
The kitchen with its work sink and new appliances is fully stocked for cooking. Be it a crockpot for chili , serving platters for your favorite charcuterie, plenty of pots and pans you are ready to go. There is also a grill on the deck. We love our Coffee! So there is drip, Kureg, & a classic Italian Espresso maker plus a tea kettle too.
The living room has a huge sectional that is ready for movie night. The TV is a smart tv and you can log into any of your streaming platforms.
The deck is elevated and feels as if it's in the trees perfect place to relax. Plenty of seating around a gas fire pit. Ready for morning coffee , smores, wine and stargazing or catch a glowing Mountain View in the evening.
The garage has been turned into a game room with pin pong, Foosball, putting game and corn hole. There is also an infrared sauna for your use. (18 and older & guests assume all responsibility for use *I have to put in there*) . There is room for snow gear (skis and boards) and bikes too. It’s not insulated or heated but great most of the year.
We poured ourselves into many trips and months renovating and reimagining this little home bit by bit. We love it and are excited to share our love for it and Montana with you.
Guest Access:
The entire place is yours. The garage is not for parking but is a fun game room outfitted with foosball , ping pong and more. Plus you can store your skis, boards or bikes there if you need.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended but there are taxis and uber/lyft available.
In winter 4WD or AWD with snow tires is needed. Our entrance is in the alley so please go slow. There is plenty of parking for 2 cars in front of the garage and another 2 spots in the alley side pull in or if you need to pull a trailer or Moho in. Please don't block the alley or park in front of any neighbors homes.
Other Things to Note:
This is our home away from home and we are excited to share this with you!
We ask that you take care of it and our neighbors.
Some simple requests we have are:
- Things happen... Let us know right away if something isn't working or something is broken. We want to get it fixed for you and the next guest too!
-Remove shoes please and place on shoe trays (2 in and 1 outside near the front door)
-Help us keep it nice for all. Wipe up any water/spills on floors and on the counters please. And.. Use coasters and hot pads please.
-Keep food and drink to eating areas. We'd love to keep the sofa and rugs looking good for everyone.
-Drive slow in the neighborhood and in alley. There are a lot of folks walking and animals wondering (especially deer and turkey) so be cautious.
-We have motion sensing lights outside but realize it is very dark at night so be careful please.
Interaction with Guests:
I won't be available in person but you can always reach me by phone or text or email. I do have a local handyman nearby for emergencies.
