„Our favorite part about this home is the water level at the beach. It’s such that our small children can play around without worry of hitting super deep spots. If you go out far, you’ll find some but our children never ventured that far. We loved having the peace of mind of knowing they could always touch. „Our family had a great time at this condo and area. The beaches on the bay were calm and not crowded at all. We almost felt like we had the town to ourselves even on a holiday week! The pool was great for kids and the tiki bar right next to the pool was great for us adults! The condo was very very nice! „This was our 3rd year staying at Bricks Bay. We used the boat ramp at the adjacent boat yard to launch a boat that we housed at the property's dock. It was nice to be able to quickly get out to Little Bay/Fleets Bay. It is also very close to Cedars Beach. The dock has the ability to support a very large vessel. The property is overall amazing. Doug and Karen are very helpful without being overbearing. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Northern Neck“
