„Deception! Don’t be fooled: this is not a one-bedroom apartment. It’s a small bedroom on a floor with two other bedrooms, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared, There is practically no privacy. When we arrived, I explained that the ad and photos were deceptive and made it seem like a suite, so the owner (Minh) agreed to let us cancel with a full refund. But later when I contacted support for the refund Minh denied that and only gave a 50% refund. Not cool.“

„Very friendly and helpful landlord / appartment owner.“

„The room was very clean. The instructions to the property was hard to find I will suggest to have a picture of the house in the advertise not just the inside of the room, the number will need to have more lighting outside.“

„Everything was as described in the listing. No issues whatsoever. Slept, bathed, out for the day. Repeat. Would stay here again.“
