The train is about a 10 minute walk, and you can get downtown fairly quickly on the train which is a huge deal to not need to drive anywhere to get to a train. „The home is beautiful and in a good area. They live in the upper portion of the property. The area we had you walk across the front follow the path to the right side of the house then go down the stairs. The email with information was not received so the code for the door was wrong. Also face towels will need to be brought for this stay. They are very quick to respond to phone calls and very pleasant to talk with.“

„We love our stay at The Douglas Suite. The host Suzanne is quick in communicating, the place are gorgeous except we didn’t have a chance to used the Hot Tub unluckily they have done some repairs during our stay. But she let us stay and late check out which helps a lot, because our flight back to Edmonton is at 8pm that day.“

"I recently stayed at the Versante Hotel in Vancouver and overall had a great experience. The room was beautiful, spacious, bright and perfectly clean. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which was a bit loud, but otherwise the room was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk service did not match the quality of the hotel. My girlfriend informed the staff that I was sick and vomiting and asked whether a later checkout would be possible. The response was simply “no,” and we were told that I could rest in the lobby on a sofa or use the public restroom there. This lack of empathy and flexibility was disappointing and did not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this standard."
