„Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.“

„Soweit ganz in Ordnung, Zimmer ok und sauber. Etwas komischer Geruch im Treppenhaus. Das Frühstück fiel sehr bescheidend aus, Bananen und Riegel, Tische und Stühle gab es nicht.

„Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.“

„Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, the front desk employee was on his personal phone for about five minutes and asked us to wait while he finished his conversation. Once he finally got off the phone, another guest came down because their room key wasn’t working, and instead of acknowledging us or apologizing for the wait, he helped them first, leaving us waiting even longer.

„We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. „The staff and housekeeping was on point! Very friendly, always greeted us when we came in from going out daily and wished us a great day when we left. The room was nice size and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the morning was enough, it stayed the same daily, but was enough to choose from and Very tasty! We stayed for 2 weeks and the laundry room came in handy also, nice and enough for our needs. I would definitely recommend and I personally would stay again. “

„Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.“
