PROs: Location, Access to property, and parking CONS: Property not cleaned before checkin, Trash still in can, dishes in dishwasher, dirty film on surfaces, dirty sinks, rings in toilets, debris/dead bugs on floors, nasty build up on keypad-thermostat-switch plates, crumbs on rug, rug itself GROSS—matted down with filth, random junk/trash in cabinets&drawers, INCLUDING A USED TUBE OF MALE ENHANCEMENT CREAM!! Etc, etc. Basic ...

„The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”.“

„This is a wonderful spot to just unplug and enjoy nature. We had a great time fishing and seeing the wildlife. It’s a short drive to Morgan City which is pretty convenient. So many opportunities. We hope to return again soon!“
