Villa für Ihren Whitby-Urlaub finden

„What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again.“

„Having stayed with you previously, we were really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely and relaxing family break was overshadowed by a number of issues relating to cleanliness, service and the overall guest experience. Upon arriving at our room, we were disappointed to discover that the toilet had not been properly cleaned and still contained faeces from a previous occupant. „Although a comfortable stay a few things were not to the standard that would warrant the room price. 1) only one pack of biscuits for two people not good 2) a significant number of cobwebs around the corners of the room, ceilings and floors 3) towels had marks on them 4) for a two night stay I would have expected the room to be cleaned, towels to be changed, clean coffee cups and coffee/biscuits replenished 5) no breakfast provided, I have stayed in cheaper places with breakfast provided. „ Zimmer sind schlicht aber sauber, leichter check in und out. - Fliese im Bad kaputt, Schimmelflecken an der Decke, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen ,sehr rücksichtslose Nachbarn “

„Stunning room but small and missed having a chair to sit on. Bed very high and in my 70th found a little difficulty getting onto the bed. But great tea tray lovely cups for tea and coffee.“

„We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings“

„Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.“

„Lovely room, food great, both breakfast and dinner, hotel in a quiet area but close to village.“

„The best located hotel in Robin Hood’s bay for parking and ease of access to the old village. Friendly staff. Good restaurant, I had a slight feeling as a solo visitor that I was given one of the poorest rooms and had to ask to be given a more suitable table at dinner. Robin Hood’s bay is a ‘honeypot’ and the Victoria’s room rates reflect this.“
