„Relaxing retreat tucked into a scenic quiet bay. John & Marge were excellent hosts and the chalet is setup wonderfully. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the view and peaceful surroundings and walking down to the state marina. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the island!“

„Whidbey House was a lovely property. A real home from home. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the visits from the deer and rabbits. Rick was very responsive with a couple of queries that we had. Freeland was a great base for exploring Whidbey Island, explore off the beaten track a little and you will find some real gems, we can recommend Island Art Glass, for some beautiful glass work. If we were staying in the area again, we would love to return to Whidbey House.“

„The house was very nice. It isn't evident from the photos, but it's a duplex unit comprising half of a house, separated from the other half by double-locking doors. The rooms were spacious and the view can't be beat! You are situated right on the waterfront. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the marine traffic heading to Seattle.
