„We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this.
On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge.
Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC“

„The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!“

„Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable.
The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and ...

„We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay.

8/10 Gut
