Relax on Williamson - Whangamata

Relax on Williamson is a cozy beach-house, perfect for two families or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape. Just a short walk from the beach, cafés, and the town centre, it’s an inviting spot to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, and soak up the laid-back beach-side lifestyle.



The home has great indoor-outdoor flow and a fully-fenced yard, ideal for families. The deck features a Weber BBQ, outdoor dining, comfy couches, and an outdoor fire for cozy evenings under the stars. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.



Inside, the house has five bedrooms, plus the internal garage/bunk-room which is set up as a fun second living & sleeping space with couches, a TV, and a fold-up table tennis table (the garage/ bunk room is not suitable for sleeping during the cold months as it is not insulated). The two loft bedrooms have high ceilings and skylights that let in natural light (note: no blinds, so mornings are bright). The home also has two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests.



Books and board games are provided for relaxed days indoors, while the beach, Williamson Park, and town-centre are all within easy walking distance.



Relax on Williamson is the ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of Whangamatā’s coastal charm.

Please note - a small amount of firewood is provided for the outdoor fire. However, local fire bans may sometimes apply. If there is a fire-ban during your stay, the outdoor fire cannot be used.

House Rules and Information -



Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. The garage has been converted into a bunk room/hang out space and cannot be used for parking.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Coffee machine is provided - BYO ground coffee. We provide complimentary instant coffee, tea and sugar.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
