„We had a great time, real kiwi bach unbeatable location with all the things you need to make your stay easy. Kids jumped off the bridge, kayaked in the estuary, walked for miles on the beach. Plenty of space for two families. Host was kind and great to communicate with. Kids are already planning next stay. Thanking for allowing us to share you special place.“

„Beautiful location, across the road from beach area to launch boat, lots of space to accommodate whānau, great under cover space by BBQ for keeping our dog out of the weather, friendly, communicative hosts, ability to live stream rugby to TV from cellphone, nice space for 9yos to hang and play. Just what we were looking for this stay, couldnt have been more perfect.“

„Die Unterkunft ist an und für sich gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Tankstellen und Gaststätten. Was schlecht war: die Kommunikation. Obwohl ich angegeben habe, wann ich vor Ort sein werde war niemand da. Der Schlüssel wurde in einer Lockbox hinterlegt, allerdings hatte ich dafür keinen Code erhalten. Deshalb musste ich telefonisch nachfragen und die Kommunikation war nicht einfach. Bis auf den umständlichen Check-In insgesamt eine gute Übernachtung.“

„Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem kombinierten Schlaf-/Wohnraum mit offener Küche und einem Duschbad. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine vorhanden), Dusche/WC mit Pflegeprodukten, sieht beides sehr neu und gepflegt aus. Schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirm und tollem Blick aufs Wasser (wenn es da ist ;-) Sogar ein Kanu wird gestellt. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Whangarei, aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Dafür ist die Natur mit Wanderwegen etc. ...

„Absolutely fantastic weekend away. Perfect for those wanting to disconnect and get away from the daily grind. The wrap-around deck is the best feature, enabling you to follow the sun around the house all day long. The views are absolutely stunning. Direct access to the beach is great, but we were a bit surprised that it's advertised as a dog-friendly bach, but there's a sign right outside the property that says 'no dogs allowed on the beach', which we wish was advertised on the listing. „The property easily accommodated 12 of us. It is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for a big group. Despite the rain every day the spa was greatly appreciated by all. Ngunguru is a great place to holiday with easy access to many walks and beaches. Two of the boys learned to surf at Matapouri.
