„We were able to spend four unforgettable days at the Banyan Tree Hotel in AlUla in mid-January. The whole hotel, the restaurants, the villas, the friendliness and that combined with the incomparable landscape of AlUla and Hegra is really worth a trip. And if there would be an Oscar for the best concierge in the world, no one else but Mustafa would deserve this Oscar. Thank you very much for these very, very impressive days in a very peaceful environment!“

„Really nice rooms and the staff is very willing to help, beds are great you get a really nice cloud like feeling sleeping. Ample parking I would recommend here if you’re coming for a quick stopover in Jeddah and need to get a good place to rest or even if you coming for a vacation. “

„Super sauberes schönes Hotel mit einem Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner:) traumhaft nach der Umra Reise aus Mekka. Der Pool auf dem Dach toll bis Mitternacht offen. Das Frühstück war eine Legende von warmen Gerichten bis hin zu einem europäischem Frühstück. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann, ist dass man im Zimmer keine Fenster öffnen kann und diese automatische Klimaanlage nicht ausstellen kann. Es war abends zu kalt im Zimmer. “

„Due to misunderstandings my laundry hadn't been done at the time of my checkout (which wasn't the fault of the hotel). The hotel manager and his staff went above and beyond to deliver my clothes all the way to Makkah where l had already departed without my clothes. "Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit im Al Manakha Rotana Hotel und möchte mich herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken. Das Hotel war durchweg sehr sauber und gepflegt – ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team! Besonders möchte ich Herrn Mobarak Ameer Ajmall erwähnen, der unser Zimmer stets mit viel Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit gereinigt hat. Seine Arbeit war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Team an der Rezeption war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Frühstückszeit könnte etwas verlängert werden. Da viele Gäste bereits früh zum Fajr-Gebet aufstehen, ist es manchmal schwierig, danach wieder rechtzeitig zum Frühstück zu kommen. Eine Verlängerung bis 11:00 oder 11:30 Uhr wäre ideal. Leider konnte ich in meinen sieben Tagen Aufenthalt nur einmal frühstücken. Trotzdem war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt fantastisch, und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!"
