"Wonderful stay at DoubleTree Jabal Omar. The staff were excellent, the room was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable — after a long day in Makkah, it was always so nice to come back and relax. The Haram is a short walk away, and there is also a buggy service if you don’t feel like walking. Airport transfer can be arranged too, which made everything very easy and reassuring as a solo traveller. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. Would happily stay here again! An easy five stars from me. ❤️"

"Sahur war fantastisch. Riesige Auswahl. Auch das Zimmer war richtig groß und schön. Super bequemes Bett. Fragt nach einem Zimmer nach Außen. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof empfehle ich nicht, da von dort kaum frische Luft reingekommen wird. "

"At first, we had some issues with the check-in staff, which made the arrival a bit stressful. However, the next day the Guest Relations Manager, Shyram, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness really turned our experience around. Also a big thank you to the housekeeping team, who were always friendly and attentive. very kind team at concierge and vallet. Overall, a good stay thanks to their great service — and we’re already coming back again on Sunday! "
