I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. Orbitz support as well has not been very helpful.“

„We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
