"Beware of scam! They charged my credit card for parking, even though I never used their parking facilities. I arrived at the hotel using their airport shuttle and did not have a car with me. Despite this, parking fees were deducted from the amount that was initially blocked on my credit card. I contacted them to request a refund, but they have ignored my emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience."
