„Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet, Dusche/Bad sehr angenehm. Servicepersonal sehr Aufmerksam, Da einige Auswahl an Restaurants im Hotel angeboten werden, ist für jeden etwas dabei. Der nächste Aufenthalt in Mumbai wird auf jeden Fall wieder im Sahara Star sein.“

„My stay at T24 Residency was good. The hotel is near the International Airport (not within walking distance but 6-7 minutes by cab or rickshaw) and the metro station is barely 100 m. All the staff members: at reception, cleaning and the restaurant are really nice and very helpful. The indian food in hotel’s restaurant is really delicious and I would surely recommend it to try. The only thing which I would have wished for was flexibility of hotel’s policy to allow outside food once in a while. ...

„Had a really bad experience starting at the check in desk. We arrived at 6AM today for a reservation starting yesterday to find out that our reservation was cancelled because we did not show up. This was after us calling and confirming that we would be checking in the next day and receiving proper confirmation that it's OK. Took 45 min for them to figure out their system. „It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.“
