„酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。 職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！ 可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。 晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯“

„Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective.
