„First impressions were good – the ground and first floors were clean and well equipped. The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments.
